Returns
Returns apply only when the wrong item is delivered (not matching your order). Our return window is 7 days from delivery - after that, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we've verified the details on our end, we'll facilitate the exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated only when a desired product is sold out, or your delivery destination falls outside our shipping zones.
