Shipping

Orders within Nairobi and its environs ship within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). Orders elsewhere in Kenya ship within 2–3 working days, and international orders within 5-7 days. Shipping costs are based on your location. We will notify you about dispatch and cost beforehand. During sales, shipping may take 10–14 working days due to high volumes.

Returns

Returns apply only when the wrong item is delivered (not matching your order). Our return window is 7 days from delivery - after that, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we've verified the details on our end, we'll facilitate the exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only when a desired product is sold out, or your delivery destination falls outside our shipping zones. Once approved, your refund is credited to your M-Pesa or original payment method within 5 working days. If it hasn't reflected after that, contact us via WhatsApp or on Instagram @kininicreations.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they're defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered. A rider from our team will collect the item and deliver the correct one. Exchange times vary by location and should be completed within 7 working days; during sales, this may take longer due to higher volumes.
